·       Hope Within- Anne Marie McAllister

o   Faith-based clinic that provides healthcare, counseling, and dental care services.

o   Needs

§  People who can hang out in the waiting room and just conversate with clients. Talk with them, pray with them, invite them to your church, whatever they allow you to do.

§  Translators- they are in desperate need of Spanish translators but also could use help in pretty much every other language.

§  Ukrainian refugees has slowed down a bit, many pregnant, but the past year they have served over 800 Ukrainian refugees.

§  Volunteer nurses and receptionists.

§  Looking to hire a development director.

o   They have about 40 doctors, dentists, nurses (all volunteers) at the clinic.

o   In 2023 they had over 1700 medical visits.

o   In January to March 2024 they have had 94 visits.

o   They are a “by appointment only” clinic, not a walk-in clinic.

o   Will take donations of unused prescriptions and over the counter medications.

·       Church in the Park- Dan Anderson

o   Is now 6/2/24 from 9 to 10:30am is the church service at the Elizabethtown Borough Park Amphitheater. Work will be done around the Borough from 10:30-12:30pm, then we will have lunch in the park pavilions from 12:30-2pm. There will be many food trucks so come out and support local food trucks!

·       Threads & Treads- Gallen Russel

o   7/20/24 from 11-3pm This is a fundraising event to help launch this new program. Jenn Fields is on this committee and they help provide shoes and clothes for kids in the district. Look for a flyer in your email from the Ministerium.

·       UCEA- Doug Lamb

o   The Clothing Barn is open by appointment only on Wednesdays and Thursdays and sometimes Saturday.

o   Have clients call 7173157701 to make an appointment. This is the cellphone # of the Clothing Barn director.

o   Delegate Meeting 5/16/24 at 7pm.

o   Next Meeting is 5/16/24 at the Marriage Hub for the Light Breakfast and Spiritual Enrichment meeting.

o   ECHOS has hired a new director. Hopefully they will be out at the next social outreach meeting.
