·       Catalyst Ministries- Gina McNally

o   Looking to partner with an organization

·       EACTC- Gail Viscome

o   Great year for homework helpers.

o   Too many children on cellphones, especially in .

·       UCEA- Doug Lamb

o   Cupboard

§  3,000 lbs of food

§  A VA association asked if they are willing to do a veterans food program. Veterans are lacking food, and they are welcome to a free box of food a month, but we need to get the word out.

o   Clothing Barn

§  Looking to build steps to the attic (in the brick building) for a storage space.

o   2nd Friday & Strawberry Festival next weekend, they will be attending to get the word out on the services they offer and that are on the CPOW campus.

·    Church Without Walls- Dan Anderson

o   Went really well. Had around 700 people, 10 churches attend.

·   Threads and Treads- Gallen Russel

o   Event is in 6 weeks, July 20.

o   Fundraiser to provide shoes and clothing for EASD students.

·       ECHOS-

o   New director- Ashley Bulley

·       EASD

o   Bear Bags will be operating through the summer with a once-a-month shopping model.

·       Threads & Treads- Gallen Russel

o   7/20/24 from 11-3pm This is a fundraising event to help launch this new program. Jenn Fields is on this committee and they help provide shoes and clothes for kids in the district. Look for a flyer in your email from the Ministerium.

·       UCEA- Doug Lamb

o   The Clothing Barn is open by appointment only on Wednesdays and Thursdays and sometimes Saturday.

o   Have clients call 7173157701 to make an appointment. This is the cellphone # of the Clothing Barn director.

o   Delegate Meeting 5/16/24 at 7pm.

o   Next Meeting is 5/16/24 at the Marriage Hub for the Light Breakfast and Spiritual Enrichment meeting.

o   ECHOS has hired a new director. Hopefully they will be out at the next social outreach meeting.
